Why do spots/spills come back after they appeared to be gone?
Spots and spills require different products and procedures for removal. You may find that simply using a cleaning product and towel on a carpet stain may make it disappear, only to reappear later. This happens when the substance has "pooled" down to where you cannot see it.
Dalton has determined a method of full-service cleaning that works best to remove absorbed soils and spills from carpet. Spills involving liquids require the use of specific products and a rinse-extraction machine to flush out deep stains. Even after applying professional procedures, a follow-up may be required to remove the spot permanently.

Using incorrect products or procedures can set certain stains, or make them more difficult for you or our certified technicians to remove.
