How can I get rid of that yellowish color in our traffic paths?
That yellow color is the result of oily substances from your parking lot being tracked in on the bottom of everyone's shoes. Over time, carpet in high traffic areas - main halls, stairs, lobbies and elevators - begins to discolor and fade because the oily substances become fused to the floor, often known as "asphalt molecular fusing".
Although this yellowish hue cannot be fully corrected, Dalton can minimize it through frequent preventive cleaning measures and protective applications.
Meanwhile, take preventive steps, such as laying down floor mats or runners for at least one month following parking lot resurfacing.
